Wings of the fire dragons

The whole thing is just titanic. There is a sense of depth and it's eye-catching. The way you chose to portray the characters makes it almost seem possible that they have a chance against a city-eating hurricane filled with a flock of red dragons. The "flame" color scheme offers contrast to the blue of the characters cloak and further cements this guy's role as an epic ass kicker. The landscape and the clouds do there part in adding to the larger than life feel and further immersing the viewer in the work. I can't tell where the city ends and the hurricane begins. If that was purposeful to give the impression that the hurricane is tearing the city up than maybe there could be a little more havoc going on to strengthen the illusion? Chunks of houses flying around, wagons being torn asunder? Just a thought. Overall it catches my eye, keeps it there and gets me thinking about the story behind it.
